Acquisition & Retention Bonuses
Customer Acquisition Bonus
The CAB rewards Affiliate Pros for enrolling new Affiliates and helping them start strong with Customer sales, and pays up to $250.
The CRB is paid for helping new a Affiliates keep their first credit-building customers active, and pays up to $350.
How the Customer Acquisition Bonus Works
As an Affiliate Pro, you are eligible to earn Customer Acquisition Bonuses or “CABs”. To unlock this bonus, help your new affiliate gather two (2) customer points within their first 30 days.
How the Customer Retention Bonus Works
To unlock this bonus, help your new Affiliate enroll two credit-building customers (CBCs) in myNovaeDisputes, CreditLikes, or Business Credit Suite within their first 60 days. Then make sure those two customers stay active long enough to complete their next two payments, for a total of three payments each. There is a 7-day grace period to correct any failed payments.
Note: These 2 customer points must be the 3rd and 4th customer points OR made after their first 30 days. This means the same customers used to trigger the CAB cannot be used to trigger the CRB.
Simply: 2 Customers in 30 days, 2 Credit Customers in 60 days + 3 total payments = Full Customer Bonus (up to $600)
Your CAB and CRB amounts are determined by 2 factors:
1. Your Rank at the time the new Affiliate gets their customer points.
2. If your new Affiliate has enrolled as an Affiliate Pro or Affiliate Basic.
Override CABs and CRBs
You can earn override CABs and CRBs when you are an Affiliate Pro, have the Rank of Senior Affiliate or higher, and are in the upline of a new Affiliate who unlocks these bonuses.
Overrides are calculated based on the difference between commission amounts at different ranks.
How it works:
- Identify the max override amount for your rank (on the 2nd row of the chart below).
- Subtract the max override amount for the highest qualifying Affiliate’s rank directly below you in the upline.
- The difference equals your Override CAB or CRB amount.
Note: The new affiliate, their sponsor and the remaining upline are all involved in helping unlock these bonuses. The upline can place customers under new affiliates to assist.
Customer Acquisition Bonus Example
In this example, John holds the rank of National Consultant (NC). His sponsor is Mina, a Sales Director (SD), and Mina’s sponsor is Shawn, a Regional Sales Director (RSD). Both Mina and Shawn are considered John’s upline. All three are enrolled as Affiliate Pros.
When the CAB is Unlocked:
When John enrolls a new Affiliate Pro and helps them earn two (2) Customer Points within their first 30 days, the CABs pay like this:
- John’s Direct CAB (NC): $190
- Mina’s Override CAB (SD): $10
- Shawn’s Override CAB (RSD): $10
Override CAB is calculated as the difference between max override amounts:
Mina (SD) earns $10 because $100 (SD max override) − $90 (NC max override) = $10
Shawn (RSD) earns $10 because $110 (RSD max override) − $100 (SD max override) = $10
When the CRB is Unlocked:
Let’s say that same new Affiliate enrolls a 3rd and 4th credit customer to unlock the CRB within 60 days and completes the 3-payment retention requirement (enrollment, month 1, month 2) with no refunds, the CRBs pay like this:
- John’s Direct CRB (NC): $190
- Mina’s Override CRB (SD): $60
- Shawn’s Override CRB (RSD): $60
Override CRBs follow the same rank-difference concept and are paid rank-by-rank when the upline has a higher eligible CRB level.
Total earnings on one fully qualified Affiliate Pro in this scenario:
If the Affiliate qualifies for both bonuses:
- John total: $190 CAB + $190 CRB = $380
- Mina total overrides: $10 CAB + $60 CRB = $70
- Shawn total overrides: $10 CAB + $60 CRB = $70
Note: In this example, there are a total of 4 purchases made. The 3rd and 4th purchases are credit-building customers used to unlock the CRB.
